Building Confidence from the Inside Out
I help women who've lost their spark rebuild unshakeable confidence by healing the root wounds (imposter syndrome, body shame, people-pleasing, "not enough") that keep them playing small.

Types of Coaching Offered

WHAT WE HEAL TOGETHER

Rebuild confidence from the inside out:
not perform it, but own it.

Let go of the belief that you're not thin enough,
smart enough, experienced enough, or "together" enough.

Feel safe and at home in your own skin, in your body,
in your career, in your voice.

Release shame tied to body image, past mistakes,
or the way you've been taught to see yourself.

Strengthen your sense of self-worth, self-love,
and self-respect—at work and at home.

Move through the imposter syndrome, the fear,
the excuses, and the patterns that keep you stuck.

Identify and dissolve the inner blocks that say
"not yet," "not me," or "not enough."

HOW LIFE STARTS TO FEEL

Anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, and
that running inner critic begin to quiet.

You stop living in shame, and start living in
truth, confidence, and compassion.

You stop second-guessing yourself in meetings,
negotiations, and opportunities meant for you.

You say "yes" to what lights you up: whether that's
a beach day, a bold decision, or deep intimacy.

You say "no" to what drains you:
without guilt, over-explaining, or apology.

You begin to trust your voice, your body, your worth,
and build a life that reflects it.

And most of all, you remember…
You are never too late, too far gone, or
too broken to begin again.

What clients are saying...

"I have been in counseling with different therapists for several years off and on. Ashley has a way of perceiving what my emotions are better than I can and better than some of my previous therapists. I definitely plan to continue working with her through my complex PTSD, ADHD, and anxiety disorder as she has given me more help in a shorter time period than previous treatments I've sought out."

What's stopped you in the past doesn't have to stop you from moving forward!

I work with women who've:
lost their voice, their spark, or their sense of self.

Maybe it was a toxic workplace that made you question everything you knew about yourself. Maybe it was years of putting everyone else first, burnout, imposter syndrome, or a body you stopped trusting. Maybe you can't even pinpoint the moment it happened, you just know you don't feel like you anymore.

I get it. Because I'm doing this work right now too.

I'm Dr. Ashley Chance Fox, tenured professor, Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and Women's Confidence Coach. I'm not coaching from the other side of healed. I'm rebuilding alongside you, proving every day that you can heal the root wounds and keep building your future at the same time.

I have a gift for seeing what you can't see about yourself (the patterns, the root wounds, the blocks keeping you stuck) often before you can name them yourself. Through group coaching, retreats, and tools like EFT tapping, journaling, meditation, and energy work, I help you reconnect to the woman underneath all the expectations.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you always were and finally believing you're worthy of a life that feels like yours.

You are not too old, too late, or too far gone to begin again. This is your time. And I'm here to walk it with you.
